We ship via US Priority Mail domestically (see domestic rates below) and first class mail for international(see international rates below). We can ship to any country around the world. All items are compact discs except where noted.
All items are in stock except where noted. In stock means that normally it is here ready to ship. However, it is possible that we may run out of an item. When this occurs, we back order the item for you and ship what is in stock. Then once the back ordered piece (or pieces) arrive back in stock, we will ship them out without any additional shipping charges to you. This is true only of items normally stocked. All shipping and handling charges apply to special orders. We restock items as quickly as possible. Dealing with the many distributors around the world makes it possible to bring the item back into stock usually within a couple of weeks.
A Preorder is an placing an advanced order for a product that has not been released as of yet. This means that when the product gets a release that one is reserved for you and is shipped out the same day as we receive it in stock. Credit cards are not charged until the product is shipped. If placing a preorder with other merchandise, the in stock merchandise is shipped. When the preordered piece is released it is shipped with an additional shipping and handling charge, as it counts as a separate order. Please take note what is preorder and what is in stock, it is marked on our New Release Page. To preorder an item please place an order in full. which means: Name, Address, phone and method of payment.
To place an order with Jart Music is simple:
On Line Order Form: The easiest way is our on line order form. It is secure and we send confirmation once we receive the order. Fill out the order form completely. We must have name, address, phone number and credit card number. Simply chose the item or items that you wish to order and enter them into the form. Please enter only items found on our page. If there are items you wish to special order, please read the special order section below.
Fax: Faxing us is another way to place your order. Print out the order form, fill it out and fax us. The number is (914) 832-3697. If you cannot print out the form, then print all info needed on a piece of paper and fax it to us.
Mail: If you wish to pay by money order or by check (checks are held 10 days), mail it with the order form or letter to the following address.

Special orders: Any cd that is in print world wide can be ordered. Fill out this form to check availability. Special order request form. With your reply will be instuctions on how to order the cd(s). If a disc is not listed on our pages then you may want to send us a request form. Please note: Only cds that are in print can be ordered. If a cd is out of print, it means that the last of them are gone.
